A transmission device of a steering wheel unit of a vehicle operatively connected to a gearshift group configurable in an automatic shift mode and a manual shift mode. The exchange device comprises a scoop, pushable by the driver between an inactive position and an active position in which controls an action of the changed cambio. The exchange device group further comprises a control member comprising a touch localized to the interface device on the pallet, suitable to be operated by the driver to control a plurality of modes of operation of the gearshift group.
